<p class="mut"><b>Allergen information:</b> Limonene and Eugenol (highlighted) are fragrance components that can cause allergic reactions in sensitive people. Eugenol is commonly found in clove oil.</p>

<li>If you develop irritation, rash, swelling or any reaction, stop using it and seek medical advice.</li>
<li>If you have gum disease, untreated decay, sore or damaged gums, or are unsure, speak to your dentist first.</li>
<li>If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, seek advice from your doctor or dentist first.</li>

<h2>Storage &amp; shelf life</h2>

<h2>Using the kit safely</h2>
<ul>
<li>Brush your teeth first. Apply a thin layer of gel to the tooth surface and mouthguard.</li>
<li>Connect the LED light to a phone or power bank, place the mouthguard in your mouth and bite.</li>
<li>After 15 minutes, remove the mouthguard and rinse with lukewarm water. Clean and dry the mouthguard.</li>
<li>For best results use continuously for 2–4 weeks.</li>
<li><b>Boil-and-bite mouthguard:</b> soak in 70–80°C water for 15 seconds. The water and guard will be hot – let it cool briefly and take care before placing it in your mouth. Press to fit, then rinse with cold water after 5 seconds.</li>
